Presently working as General Manager and Executive Chef at The Seawind Club and The Calypso in Montego Bay Owner for several years of the renowned restaurant, Los Xitomates in Puerto Vallarta, guest chef in Several countries including Austria, Spain, United States, Venezuela and Caribbean Countries.

• Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in New York

 

•Member of La Chaine des Rotisseurs since 2004.

 

•Nominated to become the first generation of Maestros Cocineros de Mexico this year.

 

•Guest Chef at The James Beard House in New York, The James Beard House hosts frequent dinners featuring selected chefs working the Beard kitchen in the company of Foundation members and industry professionals. Notable past chefs have included Daniel Boulud, Emeril Lagasse, Nobu Matsuhisa, Jacques Pépin, and Charlie Trotter.
